Are you interested in trying Karate? Want to improve your fitness or learn some self defence skills?
Our Bring a Friend week is a great opportunity for you to see what Karate is all about in a safe and friendly environment.
Come along to any training session over this period and Try Karate for free:
Wednesday 29 April
Kids class: 6:00 PM – 6:50 PM
Adults class: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday 1 May
Kids class: 6:00 PM – 6:50 PM
Adults Class: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday 2 May
Combined class: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Heishin-kai tournament
Test out your Kata and Kumite skills in a safe and supportive environment at our annual Heishin-Kai Tournament.
We will have Kata (prearranged forms) and Kumite (sparring) competitions in Belt and Age Level divisions to accommodate all students entering. Speak to your instructor if you have any questions or would like to sign up.
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Cost: $10 for Kumite OR Kata | $15 for Kumite AND Kata
